This notice explains, in plain words, what Booked Outbound does with the details you share through this site.
What we collect
When you use the form on our contact page, we collect what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email address, your company, your company website, your job title, and your message. If you write to us directly, we keep your message and the address it came from.
Why we collect it
We use these details for one reason, to answer your request. That might mean replying to a question, asking a few follow up questions, or preparing the Quiet Months Map you asked for. We do not add you to a list, and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to twelve months, so we have the context if you come back to us, and then we delete them.
Who sees it
Your details are read by the people here who handle your request. We do not sell them, rent them or trade them to anyone.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. We do not follow you around the web.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it at any time. Write to josephine.bronson@bookedoutbound.co or send a note through the contact form, and we will take care of it. If you ever want us to stop contacting you, reply "stop" and we will.
